Support Forum - PDF output generates truncated lines

I noticed recently noted that when I select PDF output, the generated file
create overlapped lines or at least it seems so, because all lines are missing
the lower half... it looks like the font size is bigger than it would and it
causes the overlapping, I tried different apps in different PCs (XP, Vista and
W7) and the result is the same... I installed 3.12 Rc10 a couple months ago but
cannot confirm that since then is that this is happening
What can I do?

Othoniel,

I recommend you to increase frame height or decrease frame font size to avoid
truncated lines. Actually, the lines have exactly the same height as specified
in the report layout, but Clarion print engine is "intelligent" and vertical
position of the next Detail band depends from the space occupied by previous
band printed. It is the case when font size of a string is bigger and requires
to occupy some extra space below the bottom frame boundary.

Hi Othoniel,

We solve this problem just check the option 'Multiple lines' in each field that
was truncated.

Perhaps this help you too...
